Our hardwood floor techs are full time employees, who we pay hourly rather than piece rate, so that they can to take the time that is required to complete the work properly and with care. All of our techs are trained to provide the highest level of hardwood floor craftsmanship.

Colorado Custom Wood Floors is locally owned and operated in Frisco, Colorado by Phillip and Kelly Stevens.

Phil has acquired decades of knowledge of hardwood floors through his father and grandfather, who had been a part of the hardwood floor industry in Colorado since 1949. Phil owned and operated a successful hardwood floor company in Denver prior to establishing Colorado Custom Wood Floors in Summit County in 2000.

Through his experience and education, Phil continues to maintain industry knowledge with the latest technology and trends in the hardwood floor industry. A high standard of craftsmanship is his priority. Phil passes on to his staff his knowledge of hardwood floors and pride in his work.

Kelly has 10 years of experience in the hardwood floor business, both in the field and managing business operations. Providing customers with professional service is the highest priority. Kelly serves on the board of the Summit County branch of the Mountain States Better Business Bureau.

Kenneth Dick, our Supervisor, has been a part of the Colorado Custom Wood Floors team since 2003 and brought 10 years of experience as a hardwood floor technician with him. Ken leads jobs with knowledge, meticulous detail and personal attention to customers.

Emily Crawford, our Sales Manager, joined our team in 2005 and is an expert in the hardwood floor industry. Emily continues to provide straight forward service and maintains her knowledge of the hardwood floor business.

Carlos Orozco, Lead Sand & Finish, joined our team in 2006. He has quickly become a leader in our company and expert hardwood floor tech. His is talented in particular with his finishing skills.

Emmanuel Grijalva joined our team as a hardwood floor technician in 2006. He brought with him 3 years of prior experience as a hardwood floor technician and many smiles.

Manuel Molina joined our team in 2006 with 3 years of prior experience as a hardwood floor tech. Manuel is a favorite among our customers.

James Waters joined our team in 2007, bringing with him 1 year of prior experience as a hardwood floor tech. Jimmy works hard with a good attitude.
